二、申办流程
1. 申请者在学校系统网址（https://zisu.at0086.cn/STUAPPLICATION/LOGIN.ASPX）申请想修读的专业项目，而后在网站内根据提示提交相关申请材料，确认无误后提交申请。
2. 浙江外国语学院根据录取条件进行招生。合格者，将通过邮件发《预录取通知书》，申请者需在规定时间内通过银行转账500元申请费用至学校账户（账户信息会与预录取通知书一起发送）。申请者需将有效转账凭证通过邮件发回学校邮箱。学校收到后会发送正式《录取通知书》与《外国留学生人员来华确认表》（JW202）或《短期来华留学生信息表》（DQ表）至申请者邮箱，正式录取。
3. 被录取者持《录取通知书》与《外国留学生人员来华确认表》（JW202）或《短期来华留学生信息表》（DQ表）及其他所需文件到所在国的中华人民共和国使（领）馆办理入境签证手续。
4. 申请者持录取通知书、护照等相关文件在规定日期内至学校报到，完成注册手续。

Applicants apply for the major programme they want to study in the school's system website (https://zisu.at0086.cn/STUAPPLICATION/LOGIN.ASPX), then submit the relevant application materials according to the prompts in the website, and submit the application after confirming that there are no mistakes.
2. ZISU will admit students according to their performance. If the applicant is qualified, th Pre-admission Notice will be sent by email to them, and the applicant should transfer 500 RMB application fee to the school's account via bank within the specified time (the account information will be sent together with the Pre-admission Notice). Applicants should send the proof of the transfer to the school via email. Upon receipt, the school will send the official Admission Notice and the Confirmation Form for International Students Coming to China (JW202) or the Information Form for Short-term International Students Coming to China (DQ) to the applicant's email address to formally accept the applicant.
3. The applicant will take the Admission Notice, the Confirmation Form for International Students Coming to China (JW202) or the Information Form for Short-term International Students Coming to China (DQ) and other required documents to the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in his/her country to apply for an entry visa.
4. The applicant shall report to the university with the admission notice, passport and other relevant documents within the specified date to complete the registration procedure.
